What does Chuev Research actually do?

Two things: software R&D and automation (custom products, AI-augmented workflows, integrations), and turnkey production infrastructure (Kubernetes/K3s/K0s, IaC, GitOps) — from first prototype to a monitored, backed-up production deployment.

What's your primary technology stack?

Rust and Tauri 2 for new desktop/cross-platform products, plus TypeScript/React, Python/FastAPI, PHP/Laravel/WordPress, and PostgreSQL/Redis depending on the engagement — see the Technology section above for the full stack.

Do you only build software, or also run it in production?

Both. Beyond development we handle turnkey infrastructure — Kubernetes/K3s/K0s, Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, GitOps, HashiCorp Vault, CloudNativePG backups, and Cilium networking — so what we build stays running.

Are your products open source?

Some are, some aren't. The Products page lists desktop tools, SaaS, and WordPress plugins — several ship as open source on GitHub, others are commercial or free closed-source tools.
