Terms
Last updated: July 22, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of reslab.pro (the “Site”), operated by Chuev Research / Andrew A. Chuev (“we”, “us”). By browsing or using this Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
About this Site
reslab.pro is an informational and lead-generation site presenting the software research, automation, and infrastructure services of Chuev Research, along with a portfolio of products and tools we’ve built. The Site itself does not process payments, sell goods, or create a contract for services — it’s where engagements start, not where they’re executed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or related systems;
- Interfere with the Site’s normal operation (e.g. scraping at disruptive volume, denial-of-service attempts, bypassing security controls);
- Submit the contact form with false, malicious, or abusive content.
If you believe you’ve found a security issue rather than a terms violation, please see our Security Policy for how to report it responsibly.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site’s design, layout, copy, and branding are the property of Chuev Research / Andrew A. Chuev and may not be reproduced without permission. Individual products listed on the Products page carry their own licensing terms — several are released under open-source licenses in their respective repositories, others are proprietary freeware — refer to each product’s own page or repository for the terms that apply to it.
Third-party links
The Site links to external resources (e.g. GitHub repositories, third-party product pages). We don’t control and aren’t responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.
No professional advice
Content on this Site — including descriptions of our research focus, technology stack, and infrastructure practices — is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a specific technical, security, or business recommendation for your situation. Actual engagements are scoped and delivered under a separate signed agreement.
“As is” & limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chuev Research / Andrew A. Chuev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Paid engagements
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or acceptance of a paid engagement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and legal terms for any consulting, development, or infrastructure engagement are governed exclusively by the individual proposal or contract signed between the parties, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by generally applicable law in the operator’s jurisdiction of residence. For any specific client engagement, the governing law and jurisdiction specified in the signed agreement for that engagement take precedence.
Contact
Questions about these terms: contact@reslab.pro.
This page is a plain-language summary of how we operate this Site, not a substitute for the specific contract governing any paid engagement.
